For the Spinach Alfredo Sauce:

– 3 cloves Garlic, minced
– 2 cups Fresh spinach
– 1 cup Heavy cream
– ¾ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
– ½ cup Ricotta cheese
To Serve:
– Cooked pasta of your choice
