Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef
Ingredients:
1.5 pounds thinly sliced flank steak (against the muscle fibers), coated with 1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
Optional: 1/2 cup sliced green onions (or as garnish)
