-Instructions:

1.Wash and chop the beetroots and carrots.
2.Thinly slice the red onion.
3.Heat olive oil in a pan and add the chopped veggies.
4.Sprinkle ginger powder, garlic powder, and dried parsley over the veggies.
5.Add walnuts, salt, black pepper, and a little water.
6.Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
7.Serve warm or cold.
